Shipping, Returns & Terms of Use

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Canada Infantmax Inc. reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the Site, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions and notice of such changes to the Site.

All orders placed via the Site are governed by Infantmax’s Terms of Sale. You should refer to our Terms of Sale to learn more about ordering, applicable product warranties, return policy, and shipping terms. By ordering and/or accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability therein. Canada Infantmax Inc. can cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).  The Terms of Sale are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in Infantmax's sole discretion so you should review the Terms of Sale each time you make a purchase.

Limitation of Liability 
Infantmax shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Infantmax has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

Typographical Errors 
In the event that a Infantmax's product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Infantmax reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Infantmax reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Infantmax shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Termination 
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Infantmax without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination. 
 

Use of Site 
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Infantmax or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization. 

Indemnification 
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infantmax, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account. 

 

Governing Law

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site and this Agreement.
